Upload, Publish, and Manage Videos

Start here for the complete DynTube video lifecycle: choose a project, upload a clean source, wait for processing, verify publication, and use the generated playback or embed output. Project settings captured at upload time determine important parts of processing and protection.

Core publishing workflow

  1. Create or select the project whose region, outputs, and protection match the video.
  2. Upload through the Dashboard or a supported API workflow.
  3. Track transfer and processing separately until the asset is published.
  4. Choose a thumbnail and player preset, then add captions or alternate audio where needed.
  5. Copy the generated iframe or integrate the supported playback output.
  6. Test the real page on required devices and verify access controls.

Manage presentation and delivery

  • Change the video thumbnail or resolved player preset.
  • Embed in WordPress with a responsive iframe and descriptive title.
  • Use a custom video domain after DNS verification and SSL activation.
  • Generate project feeds for compatible Roku or Fire TV applications.
  • Use native-app HLS playback with the authorization appropriate to the content.

Operate a growing library

  • Import remote sources through an authenticated, retry-safe integration.
  • Move videos between projects only after checking inherited settings and allowed origins.
  • Retain original source files before upload when you need later source downloads.
  • Use original compatible MP4 output where the project and delivery workflow support it.
  • Attach approved custom customer identifiers for entitled analytics workflows.

Verify the full result

A successful upload is not yet a successful publication. Confirm processing, generated outputs, embed rendering, playback, captions, analytics, and both allowed and denied access. When reporting an issue, include the video and project identifiers, time, browser or app, page origin, and sanitized error.
