Bandwidth Fair Use Policy
Burst Allowance for Yearly Plans
DynTube yearly plans include a fair use burst allowance of up to 25% above the stated monthly bandwidth limit to accommodate natural traffic fluctuations. For example, a plan with 2TB monthly bandwidth may utilize up to 2.5TB during peak months, provided the total annual usage averages within the plan's allocation.
Prohibited Account Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of our Terms of Service:
- Multiple Accounts for Single Business: Creating or maintaining multiple DynTube accounts to service a single business, website, application, or organizational entity for the purpose of circumventing plan resource limits.
- IP Address Circumvention: Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or network infrastructure to aggregate resources beyond a single plan's allocation.
- Content Distribution Splitting: Distributing content for the same website, platform, or business across multiple accounts to avoid upgrading to an appropriate plan tier.
- Systematic Plan Undersizing: Deliberately purchasing multiple lower-tier plans instead of a single appropriate plan (standard or custom) that matches actual resource requirements.
Detection and Enforcement
DynTube employs automated systems and manual review processes to identify related accounts, including but not limited to:
- Shared IP addresses and network infrastructure
- Common payment methods and billing information
- Identical or substantially similar content libraries
- Video embedding patterns on the same domains or applications
- Business registration and contact information overlap
Consequences of Violation
Accounts found in violation of these policies are subject to:
- Immediate Termination: All related accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice
- No Refund Policy: No refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations
- Service Ban: The business entity and associated individuals may be permanently banned from future DynTube services
Right to Request Upgrades
DynTube reserves the right to:
- Monitor Usage Patterns: We continuously monitor account usage to ensure fair resource allocation across all customers.
- Request Plan Upgrades: If your average monthly bandwidth usage consistently and significantly exceeds your plan's stated limits, we may contact you to upgrade to a plan that appropriately matches your actual usage requirements.
- Pause Services: In cases where usage dramatically exceeds plan limits and no upgrade agreement is reached, we reserve the right to temporarily pause streaming services until the account is upgraded or usage is reduced to within plan parameters.
- Terminate Service: If annual bandwidth quota is fully consumed prior to the end of the 12-month subscription period, and the customer declines to upgrade to a plan appropriate for their usage level, DynTube reserves the right to terminate the subscription early without refund.
