Upgrade Your DynTube Plan
Upgrade when your library, viewer delivery, processing workload, or required features have grown beyond the current plan. Begin with actual account usage and the live pricing catalogue, then confirm the exact amount and timing presented for your subscription.
Choose the right capacity and features
- Stored video library plus expected growth and processed outputs.
- Normal and peak monthly bandwidth based on watch hours.
- New upload and processing volume, especially during a migration.
- Required protection, player, analytics, API, transcription, or live-streaming entitlements.
- Operating headroom for launches and unexpected traffic.
Complete the upgrade
- Sign in to the account that owns the existing plan.
- Review current usage and the live pricing options.
- Select an available plan that covers the required workload and features.
- Read the checkout or Billing confirmation, including price, currency, timing, and payment method.
- Confirm the change, then return to Billing and verify the new subscription state.
Verify more than the plan label
After activation, check the specific capacity or feature that motivated the upgrade. For example, verify the entitlement appears in the relevant project or player workflow and that Billing shows the expected subscription. A successful payment message alone does not prove every application screen has refreshed.
If the old or new plan looks wrong
Refresh Billing and avoid buying another plan immediately. Record the account, old and selected plan, provider, transaction reference, time, and what each screen shows. Support can use those identifiers to distinguish a pending provider update from a subscription-state problem.
Plan a large change
For a large import, event, or rapid growth, use a range rather than one traffic estimate and contact support before the peak. That gives you time to validate processing capacity, delivery, and feature configuration without changing production settings during the event.
