Account
Add Team Members to Your DynTube Account
Give each colleague their own DynTube login, then manage their account access from the Team Members page. Individual access is safer than sharing the owner's credentials and lets you change permissions or remove one person without disrupting everyone else.
Before you invite someone
- Sign in to the account that should own the team membership.
- Confirm you have permission to manage account users.
- Use the colleague's correct email address and ask them to use their own registered login.
- Decide which tasks they need to perform before assigning permissions.
Invite and configure a team member
Dashboard → Account → Team Members- Open Team Members and choose the action to add or invite a user.
- Enter the person's email address and review it before submitting.
- Select only the permissions required for their role.
- Send or confirm the invitation, then ask the person to complete any account or sign-in step shown.
- Return to Team Members and verify that the expected user and permissions appear.
Choose permissions by responsibility
A video operator may need upload and project access without billing authority. A finance colleague may need billing access without permission to publish content. An administrator may require broader control. Start narrow, test the workflow, and add another permission only when the role needs it.
Review and remove access
Review team membership periodically and whenever a colleague changes role. Edit access from the same Team Members area. Remove users who no longer need the account, then verify that their membership is gone. For an urgent departure, also rotate any API keys or external credentials the person could access outside team permissions.
If the invitation does not work
- Check the email address and whether the person is using the intended DynTube login.
- Confirm your own account-management permission.
- Look for an existing or pending membership before sending duplicates.
- Capture the account, invited email, time, and exact error for support—never send a password.
