How to Cancel Your DynTube Plan
Cancel an active subscription from the Billing page. The confirmation shown for your subscription states when cancellation takes effect. Read it before confirming, because the effective date and available undo action depend on the current subscription state and payment provider.
Before scheduling cancellation
- Confirm that you are in the correct DynTube account and have billing permission.
- Review the active plan, renewal date, usage, and any other plans on the account.
- Export or preserve information your team needs according to your retention requirements.
- Plan how published videos and integrations should behave when paid access ends.
Schedule the cancellation
Dashboard → Billing- Open Billing and locate the active subscription.
- Choose Cancel plan.
- Read the confirmation, including the end of the current period shown for that subscription.
- Confirm only after checking the account and plan again.
- Verify that Billing now shows cancellation scheduled or the equivalent pending state.
What happens next?
A cancellation scheduled for the end of the current period leaves the subscription active until the displayed date. Use that time to check embedded playback, API integrations, stored media, invoices, and team communication. Do not treat the button click alone as proof; the updated Billing state is the confirmation.
Can I undo a scheduled cancellation?
If Billing offers an undo or continue-plan action while cancellation is pending, use it before the effective date and verify the subscription returns to active renewal. If the option is unavailable or the plan has already ended, contact support or use the current purchase flow shown for the account.
If cancellation fails
Record the account, plan, provider, time, and exact error. Check your permission and refresh Billing before retrying so you do not submit conflicting requests. Contact support with those identifiers and never include complete card details or credentials.
